the hotel features flags and helpful staff. i had a nice room equipped with a quality bathroom. i appreciated having access to a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant . walking and sightseeing around the city were accessible from the hotel.
the ventilation in my room was noisy and slightly disturbed my sleep.

The hotel lobby was fine with a divine smell. Check-in was fast. My room was ready midday, even though it was early. The room was fabulous, it was clean as new, with tasteful decor and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the storage was great, and the blackout curtains were effective.

This hotel has a superb location. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My premium room included views! The complimentary Prosecco was appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent.
I found the room lighting to be inadequate and dull. This made applying makeup difficult.

i was given a really nice room. it was clean and well-kept. the amenities were complete and worked perfectly. i slept soundly each night due to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed.
The gym equipment needed some updating. Some machines were out of service.

I found this hotel had flags outside giving a grand welcome, it really caught my eye. The staff inside were so attentive. My room was comfortable with a high quality bathroom. I also appreciated the range of options, there was a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant available.
The ventilation was slightly noisy in my Executive Twin Room

The hotel has a perfect location for exploring. The staff was kind, and I felt welcomed. My room was spacious and it included all necessary amenities! I enjoyed the discounted parking at St James.
I did experience a slight delay when waiting for a requested item. It took a bit longer than expected to get what I needed.
